We were impressed by the warm and helpful staff at this hotel. They made our late check-in smooth and even provided us with complimentary bottles of water for our long drive. The location near the lake was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from the main activities area. The hotel offers a range of amenities and services, including car hire, housekeeping, and shuttle services. The rooms were well-maintained and had excellent facilities, such as heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the beach access was a great bonus. this place offers a luxurious experience with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is ideally situated next to the lake with direct access to the beach. Its location is much better than many other Sapance area hotels. the rooms are clean and the service is good. the breakfast is fine and the staff is polite. the swimming pool is not very big, but it is acceptable and great for an afternoon dip. the curtains are not quite blackout type, but they don't really disturb your sleep.
The noise from other rooms can be heard, which is a bit annoying at night.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy ambience of the hotel; it felt like home away from home. The hotel's location near the lake made it easy for us to enjoy various water activities. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us with our needs.
We were disappointed to discover that there were no international TV channels available for us to watch. , the lack of blackout curtains made it difficult to sleep as lights from other rooms could be seen.

This hotel is located only a short walk from the lake, making it convenient for beach activities. The view of the lake from this hotel is amazing. The staff made my stay even better with their friendly attitude and helpfulness. Breakfast was delicious.
Could not be improved in any way.

The location was great, nestled among picturesque scenery, which created an ideal resort feel for the Christmas holiday. the room was cozy with all the necessary amenities present, including warm blankets for the cold winter nights. the food was exceptional, with plenty of delicious options catering to different dietary needs.
The hotel could have done better in providing better luggage services to guests. I had to carry my heavy bags all the way to my room, which was very tiring.
